Blues Improv

Elisha Ben Yitzhak was born in Kibbutz Kfar Blum in Israel. He studied art at Bezalel Art Academy in Jerusalem and at the Avni Art Academy in Tel Aviv. In 1963 Elisha started expressing his feelings, emotions and personal experiences through most astonishing paintings and sculpturing that are revered around the world. Scenery, people and musical instruments are Elisha's main themes. The compositions, pastel colors and symbols in Elisha's paintings are very unique and are considered extraordinary.

Throughout the years Elisha's paintings and drawings have been exhibiting in museums and galleries in Israel, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Switzerland, Great Britain, the United States and Spain.
